1. Agreement to Terms

By voluntarily accessing and using Zero1 Intelligence(“we,” “our,” or “us”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Zero1 Intelligence is a YouTube analytics platform that provides insights, statistics, and analysis of YouTube channel performance. Users voluntarily come to our platform and connect their YouTube channel(s) via Google OAuth to access and analyze their channel data. Our service supports connecting multiple channels for comprehensive insights in one place, including but not limited to:

  • Video statistics and performance metrics
  • Comments and engagement data analysis
  • Channel analytics and insights
  • Content performance analysis across multiple connected channels
  • Unified dashboard for multi-channel management

3. Google OAuth and YouTube Data Access

Our service uses Google OAuth to authenticate and access your YouTube channel data. By voluntarily using our service, you agree to:

  • Voluntarily provide accurate authentication credentials through Google
  • Allow us to access only video content, comments, and statistics data from your connected channel(s)
  • Understand that we will only access data required for providing analytics and insights
  • Connect one or multiple channels at your discretion
  • Be responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account
  • Acknowledge that all channel connections are voluntary and can be revoked at any time

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You have full control over which channels you connect and can disconnect them at any time.

5. Data Usage and Storage

We collect and store only videos, comments, and statistics data from your voluntarily connected YouTube channel(s) solely for the purpose of providing analytics and insights. We maintain strict data security protocols and do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to third parties without your consent, except as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Multi-Channel Support

Our platform supports connecting multiple YouTube channels to provide comprehensive insights in one unified location. Each channel connection requires your explicit authorization, and you can manage (connect/disconnect) individual channels independently at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Connect channels that you do not own or have authorization to access

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We maintain all data security measures regardless of service availability.

9. Data Security and Protection

We implement enterprise-grade security measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. All data is handled with the utmost care and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zero1 Intelligence be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation. You may also terminate your account at any time, and all associated data will be securely deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
